The Stunning Transformation Of Maddie Ziegler

Maddie Ziegler has become one of the most stunning transformations in this decade. She has done this by constantly improving her career through various projects and appearances. Unlike many other stars in Hollywood, Maddie Ziegler started really early in show biz. When some kid actors start at a very young age, they find it hard to transition their careers beyond their toddler years. Many can never truly continue acting and leave show biz altogether before they even hit puberty. But Maddie Ziegler has somehow found the secret formula to staying relevant and keeping her career moving with forward progression. How has Maddie continued to ensure her career stays afloat? Learn more about the stunning transformation of Maddie Ziegler.

Maddie got her start in performing at just the age of 2 years old.

Maddie Ziegler began dancing at the young age of 2, and it shows in her talent she possesses today. She told Complex, “I started dancing when I was two. I went to the ballet studio for like a year and I actually wanted to do hip-hop so I went to try it out, but I ended up doing a lot of tap, ballet and jazz.” This explains why she now feels like she can’t remember a time when she did not have dance in her life.

Although she has had many successes, Maddie has had some initiatives that never got off the ground.

When Maddie was young, she took her dancing hobby to the next level and began entering dance competitions. She appeared on Paula Abdul’s reality show Live to Dance. The show was not widely popular and only remained on air for a short one season. This could’ve been Maddie’s big break, but sadly it was not. She was seen in promotional videos for the show, but never actually had much air time in any episode. Although she did not make it big twitch this opportunity, Maddie did not let this obstacle stop her.

In 2011, Maddie found her niche and next big opportunity.

When Maddie appeared on TLC’s reality series Dance Moms, she truly flourished in the spotlight. Centered on Abby Lee Miller, the instructor of the series, and her coaching of young dancing hopefuls, the show was very intense and chronicles how ruthless Miller was with her contestants. Who stood out most amongst all the other young dancers was Maddie Ziegler, and Miller was not shy about expressing that Maddie was her favorite. When the show premiered, Maddie was just 8 years old.

As Dance Moms became very popular, so did Maddie Ziegler; and the pressure from the popularity and fame began taking a toll on young Maddie. She continued to wow audiences and became a household name on Dance Moms until she left the show in 2016. “Leaving Dance Moms was a hard decision to make, but it was getting too stressful. Now, I feel like I’m so free. I feel like I had so much more pressure on me to be the best in the room,” she said to Seventeen.
