Spookiest Halloween Pies That Will Keep You Awake At Night

Jessica Leigh Clark-Bojin is a Vancouver-based pie master with an uncanny baking talent. Not everyone can use regular dough and various fruit fillings to turn them into real works of art. Jessica’s Instagram is filled to the brim with pictures, or rather “pie-ctures” of famous actors, musicians, fairy-tale characters, scenes from popular movies depicted in stunning details on delicious pies. And of course, since it’s almost Halloween, the spooky pies come a-rolling.

Jessica’s story is yet another confirmation that passionate, creative people can achieve success, even if their talent is something as niche as baking pies. That’s pretty much what happened with Jessica. At first, she only had a rudimentary knowledge of the pie-making process and lacked any artistic education, which she thought was necessary for this business. But when her first Instagram pie with a dragon went viral, she did some digging and found out that no similar pie design has been done before. In short, Jessica struck that Insta gold!

It would be a real missed opportunity for Jessica to skip on crusty Halloween-themed goodness. After all, a cherry-filled fruit pie, if gooey enough, will be a perfect Spooktober treat! I’d personally feel horrible if I had to slice any of these pies, but as Joey Tribbiani would say: “What’s not to like? Custard, good. Jam, good. Meat, good!”
